With over 25 years of extensive experience in the field, native Washingtonian Val Valdez, owner of Revitalize Design by Val Valdez, has consistently shared her deep passion and exceptional design expertise with both homeowners and businesses throughout the vibrant DC market. Val’s comprehensive design training began at the Art Institute of Philadelphia, where she focused on the intricacies of interior design. A significant portion of her invaluable design acumen comes from her extensive work on numerous commercial projects, where she specialized in creating innovative and functional spaces in the healthcare and retail interior sectors. Val graduated magna cum laude from The George Washington University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design along with a minor in Art History. Additionally, she was honored with the prestigious Distinctive Design Award during her memorable convocation ceremony.
