Split- Level Home Staged in Springfield, VA

Staging accentuated the newly remodeled split-level home located in an established neighborhood inside the beltway.

In older homes like this the configuration of the rooms may be challenging for buyers to grasp when they compare it to newer construction on the market. A large part of a successful stage is to determine how a modern family will use the spaces and stage those areas to appeal to the greater population.

The best example here is the lower level entrance which was originally used as storage, but we saw potential in this space since it was located directly off the driveway, and staged it as a mudroom. It brought new life to a dead space! Check out the bench with cubbies for shoes and hooks for coats that invites you to unload and enjoy your home.

Additionally, we incorporated proportionately-scaled pieces of art throughout the home to further provide balance and harmony in every room.
