To further elevate the overall aesthetic of the space, we carefully replaced the existing crystal chandelier with a transitional gilded satin brass pendant that is highly structured and infinitely inviting to anyone who enters. To highlight the crisp architectural lines of the elegantly designed open lantern, we strategically rotated the dining table 90 degrees to effectively showcase both the table and the captivating lighting above it.

Newly-Built Homes Need Makeovers Too

Although the client had a lovely fireplace, we wanted to make the voluminous ceiling in the living room the focal point and balanced it with proportionately-sized wall art, a properly scaled chandelier, and a custom-designed board and batten wall treatment. The floor plans and elevations allowed the client to visualize their 19'-4" high wall with the new custom-sized art and custom moulding pattern that fit their space perfectly.
